All items manufactured by Advance Fittings Corp. are warranted to be free from manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship for one year from date of shipment. The warranty is valid only if the product has been installed per current ASME BPE Standards, when applicable, or recognized piping practice procedures and has not been subjected to service beyond the capabilities of the item.
Maximum liability for claims, losses, or damages shall be, at the option of Advanced Fittings Corp, either the repair or replacement of the defective items without charge. In no event shall Advance Fittings Corp. be liable for consequential, indirect, incidental or contingent damages.
Advance Fittings Corp. makes no other warranties, expressed or implied, of merchantability or fitness.
